[HOW-TO] - Solve LED Flash is blinking while iPhone 4 rings

Here's how to solve the problem - check if the settings in "I'm Busy SMS" with the Flash LED is On or Not.

    I still have this issue with the led flash turned off.

      Try deleting that "I'm Busy SMS" app and see if the flashing goes away.
      If not, probably there is another tweak/app is running.

      Delete
